Koble Investments

Koble Investments is a Wausau, Wisconsin, property management and tenant leasing service. They own and operate several housing units, condos and apartment complexes in central Wisconsin.

We created this brand identity for Koble Investments. The owner wanted the logo to be simple and classic so we used a modern serif font to achieve a timeless, yet innovative look. We kept the design elements conservative for a broad target audience. We didn't want the logo to communicate extravagance or cheap and chintzy; we were looking for something in between.
